We recently spent Easter at this beautiful hotel and we were blown away by our experience. The units are brand new and offer stunning views of the lake. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom condo that was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful environment to relax in. Additionally, the friendly and informative staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
While our overall experience was wonderful, we did encounter a couple of disappointments. The TV on the main level of our condo was not working properly, and despite the staff's efforts to replace it, we were unable to watch the New Year's Eve ball drop as planned.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room that had all the amenities we needed. The location was incredible, with breathtaking lake views and the soothing sound of waves just outside our door. The staff at Surfside were amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having a wider variety of options available.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Although there was a shared check-in/registration situation, it was quickly resolved and did not overshadow the overall experience. The townhouse at this hotel had great views from the decks and the units were comfortable with lots of room. The in-floor heating was incredible and the walls were soundproof. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cups, and pots and pans. The view of the lake was unbeatable and the towels and bathrobes provided were nice. The beds were comfy and there was ample space for our group.
The main driveway had gravel and rocks which caused a flat tire and a two-hour delay in our departure. It cost us $300 for a new tire.

The view from the townhouses was absolutely breathtaking. Being just steps away from the lake was a dream come true. The accommodations were top-notch, with clean and well-furnished rooms. We also loved the fact that the resort offered many amenities and activities for guests to enjoy.
There were a couple of disappointments during our stay. The staff on site were not always available when we needed them, and there was a leak in the pipes which made the upstairs shower unusable.
